Visit Bahrain Box Office acts as a reseller of events and is not responsible in any way or form for the organization and implementation of the events. For any issues in regards to the events, cancelations, no shows etc the event organizer is responsible and must contact them directly. You can find the contact details of the organizer of each event on the main booking page of each bookable event.

Tickets or packages cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled. All gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. All gift vouchers may not be exchanged for tickets already supplied, other goods or cash, and are not transferable for value.
